The Royal
Artillery Association Plymouth Branch
|
The Royal Artillery Association is the Regimental Association of
the Royal Regiment of Artillery.
The association was set up in 1920, with the Monarch as its Patron, to provide a
network of Branches throughout the country to look after the needs of
Gunners and their Families, especially those who fall on hard times and
to provide opportunities for Gunners to meet an enjoy social events.
Its aims, quite simply, are the promotion of Gunner welfare and
comradeship, aims which are as relevant today as when they were first
laid down.
Meetings are held at 19:30hrs on the last Friday of every month. The meetings
are held in the WOs' & SNCOs' mess at The Citadel.
